Xavier University Summer Intern Housing

Rent Lingo

This is a free nationwide service that pulls up-to-date apartment availability for millions of listings from multiple sources and integrates reviews and gives users the option to connect to facebook to see more social insights on the area and the property.

Apartmentlist.com

This is a wonderful resource for students who are seeking internship housing or relocating after graduation.  The site currently has over 1.8 million listings nationwide.  This site is most beneficial because they pull from 100 different listing sources so it’s more of a one stop shop for students.

The site is also the world’s first apartment-matching engine.  Each city on the website is broken down into neighborhoods, highlighting pricing, noise level, nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc.  They have been featured in multiple articles online, including Tech CrunchTime.com, and CBS Interactive.
