Build strong academic relationships with faculty, staff, advisers and administrators

  • Visit faculty during office hours to discuss course content and opportunities to learn more about subject areas
  • Introduce yourself to faculty/staff at campus events, meetings, clubs and organizations

Research Study Abroad, Immersion Trips and Service Opportunities

  • Attend call out/information meetings
  • Visit the Foley Center and attend their Service Fair to learn more about service opportunities
  • Visit Campus Ministry to learn more about Immersion Trips and Service Opportunities
  • Learn about study abroad opportunities through The Italy Center

Increase Involvement in Campus and Community Activities

  • Begin moving toward leadership roles in clubs, organizations and or Greek life
  • Apply to be a  SHAPe Retreat Leader, Preview Guide, Tutor or Student Ambassador
  • Participate in campus events such as lectures, workshops, seminars
  • Attend webinars, conferences and professional development events

Research Jobs and Industries of Interest

  • Schedule Informational Interviews with professionals in your area of interest
